At Turn Around Radio Studio, we are deeply grateful for every gift that helps us share encouragement, music, prayer, and the message of hope in Jesus Christ.

Because donations are used immediately to support our ministry and broadcasting, we normally do not issue refunds.

Donations

  • All donations (one-off or recurring) are considered voluntary contributions to support the work of Turn Around Radio Studio.

  • Donations are non-refundable once processed, except in the case of a technical error or accidental duplicate payment.

  • If you believe you made a mistake with your donation, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your request and, if appropriate, arrange a correction or refund.

Purchases of Donation Products

If you give through a “donation product” (e.g., £5 or £10 donation items):

  • These are treated as charitable gifts, not physical goods or services.

  • They are also non-refundable once the payment has been accepted, except where a technical issue occurred during checkout.

How to Request a Refund (if applicable)

Please email us at joanpressley.turnaround@gmail.com with:

  • Your name

  • Donation amount

  • Date of payment

  • A brief explanation of the issue

We aim to respond within 5 working days.
